Solitaire Property Management specialises in the maintenance and management of blocks of flats and housing developments including both internal and external communal areas.

We manage in excess of 33,000 homes throughout England and Wales and our services are used by many national and regional developers as well as Housing Associations. As part of the Peverel Group, our aim is to provide professional, customer orientated property management services and to ensure all our buildings and estates are managed to the highest standards.

Our key objective is to focus on providing regular consultation, sound administration and to practise strict financial controls. We understand how important these considerations are in the successful management of any property or development on behalf or our owner occupiers and tenants .

Many of our Property Managers and Customer Services team are qualified members of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) or working towards accreditation.
